The entirety of the staff, from the wonderful ladies checking me in to the doctor who gave me a full once over, was amazing. Attentive, friendly, and explained each and every step to me. Very kind. Spoke to me like i was a normal average human with kind smiles on their faces. I value being treated like the average joe, and not like a number or insurance policy ID. The spoke to me in laymans terms without talking to me like i was 5. Thats what i, personally, look for in a doctor. A friendly face, and welcoming language.

I have always had a very good experience at Auburn Dermatology. I have been fortunate to have Dr. Chen, (who is unfortunately moving to California). The most thorough dermatologist I have had over the years. Explains things well, focuses on both prevention and treatment. Even though Dr. Chen is leaving, I plan to continue as a patient.Professional and attentive staff who are responsive to requests, especially shuffling appointments.Extremely satisfied with my level of care.

I have been going to Auburn Dermatology for years. The staff is always so pleasant upon arrival and check out. I appreciate the reminders via text they send. Joseph was the MA that brought me to the examining room. He was so kind. I have seen Dan Kwiecien since my first visit. Walks in with a smile, so personable , up beat, attentive to any questions or concerns I may have. I leave there feeling like he really does care about his patients. I look forward to going to the office each year. May sound funny but I do. Would not want to even think about going anywhere else.

Been using Auburn Dermatology for more than a decade. Always very satisfied. Always helped me solve my skin issues. My last two appointments we outstanding. The efficiency could not have been better. Doctors and team were respectful, straight forward and allowed me to be part of the team which I found to be most positive. I was included in the discussion of meds and my preferences were considered. I actually told Dr. Dan and his assistant that the appt. was a very pleasant experience. When I stopped to check out, I reiterated this sentiment to the nice person behind the desk.

Myself and some family members have been going to this office for years. I have never felt the need to go elsewhere. The Auburn office is bright, cheerful and clean. The staff at the front desk is knowledgeable and helpful. I see the P.A when I go in. He is easy to talk to with plenty of knowledge and ideas. Who says you have to go to the big city to get the latest medical techniques.

I went in to rule out a medical issue I was having (ended up being dental). I saw PA-C Katherine White. She ruled out it being anything a dermatologist would treat but still made a call to my doctor with what she observed to help me get this figured out. She then continued to call and follow up with me to see how the process was going and if I received the medical attention I needed. You don't find these type of doctors now a days that TRULY care about their patients like she cared about me getting better. I truly can not thank that woman enough for caring!

Dr. Vider's is amazing. I have seen him for 10 years plus. His scheduling team always manages to get me in on emergencies. I have been to other dermatologist in the past and I trust Dr.Vider's. He is always honest and shows concern and care for his patients. He never rushes off or ecnores your concerns. His staff has always been amazing. His office manager Mindy has always been very sweet and helpful when I needed her to take care of things. Dr. Vider's office have always been clean and excellent to me.
